of the bag, per se. A local paper printed a blurb on our court case. The reporter called me to get a statement/background information. Supposedly she was told about our situation by a "female attorney not involved in our case." I made no comment and said she would need to speak with Mr Kornreich, my attorney.
This is not how we would have handled the story getting out but once you process a motion/petition to the Court, all documents filed with the Court are public record.
