No news. The Appellate hearing was 2 Feb 10. While no one honestly can say which direction the panel of judges will go, our attorney felt that she had a good day in court.
Our attorneys have been wonderful keeping contact with us, but we understand this is a holding pattern and we have to wait (anxiously, no less) and that the time that has passed is normal in the court system.
I apologize that I haven't kept the blog up more frequently. It's just that in order to keep my sanity, I've had to compartmentalize to stop from having sleepless nights and going crazy!
