Shockingly and definitely unexpected, our new judge, Judge Skip Gross, passed away last week. We all are stunned that this has happened for lots of reasons, but South Florida now must mourn the loss of one of its finest public servants. Here is a link to his obituary in the Miami Herald.
Not sure how this will impact our case, but suffice it to say, the trial has been postponed yet again until a new judge is assigned and is able to get up-to-speed and fit us on a new schedule.
